I have been dealing with mind-numbing spreadsheets and stupid requests all day.
Knowing that the BSG series finale is just hours away (!) didn’t help.
The only way I have been able to stay relatively sane (arguable) is listening to music.
I’ve been playing Crystal Ball by Keane constantly today. It is on my iPod so I will probably be playing it on my way home. Over and over again…
I really should see if there are tickets available for their concert in May.
Is that May 2-4 weekend? What to do???
The video for it is kind of cool- I actually love the way the lead singer moves in the beginning of the video. Hard to describe, visuals are much better. Do you feel it? If you think I’m crazy, I don’t want to hear it.
I asked my concert-going friend if he would be interested. His response was literally: “Not a huge fan, but you think the lead singer is cute, don’t you?”
And what if I do? He is not really my type- he has such a baby face. Actually, he probably is a baby. I’ll have to Google the band later.
But why do I love them? The music. Their songs makes me want to sing and dance.
It sounds cheesy but their music makes me want to be a musician. Sigh.
But, BSG beckons…. Keane will have to wait.
